Do your internet pace is very slow then you should try this.. but it works only on Windows XP
Remember again: ONLY WORKS ON WINDOWS XP PROFESSIONAL
Steps
1. Click start, then run
2. Type gpedit.msc
3. New window appeared, There’s Tree view on the left side
4. Double Click on the Administrative Templates under computer configuration
5. Double click Network
6. Double click QoS Packet Scheduler
7. Now, look at the right side, double click Limit Reservable Bandwidth.
8. Find it? Change the value from 20 to 0
9. Click ok, close the window
10. Restart Your computer
