Once, Newton came to India and watched a few Tamil movies that had his head spinning. He was convinced that all his logic and laws in physics were just a huge pile of junk and apologized for everything he had done.
In the movie of Rajanikanth, Newton was confused to such an extent that he went paranoid.
Here are a few scenes
1) Rajanikanth has a Brain Tumor which, according to the doctors can't be cured and his death is imminent. In one of the fights, our great Rajanikanth is shot in the head. To everybody's surprise, the bullet passes through his ears taking away the tumor along with it and he is cured! Long Live Rajanikanth!
2) In another movie, Rajanikanth is confronted with 3 gangsters. Rajanikanth has a gun but unfortunately only one bullet and a knife. Guess, what he does? He throws the knife at the middle gangster? & shoots the bullet towards the knife. The knife cuts the bullet into 2 pieces, which kills both the gangsters on each side of the middle gangster & the knife kills the middle one.
3) Rajanikanth is chased by a gangster. Rajanikanth has a revolver but no bullets in it. Guess, what he does. Nah? not even in your remotest imaginations. He waits for the gangster to shoot. As soon as the gangster shoots, Rajanikanth opens the bullet compartment of his revolver and catches the bullet. Then, he closes the bullet compartment and fires his gun. Bang... the gangster dies...
This was too much for our Newton to take! He was completely shaken and decided to go back. But he happened to see another movie for one last time, and thought that at least one movie would follow his theory of physics. The whole movie goes fine and Newton is happy that all in the world hasn't changed. Oops, not so fast!
The 'climax' finally arrives. Rajanikanth gets to know that the villain is on the other side of a very high wall. So high that Rajanikanth can't jump even if he tries like one of those superman techniques that our heroes normally use. Rajanikanth has to desperately kill the villain because it's the climax. (Newton dada is smiling since it is virtually impossible?) Rajanikanth suddenly pulls two guns from his pockets. He throws one gun in the air and when the gun has reached above the height of the wall, he uses the second gun and shoots at the trigger of the first gun in air. The first gun fires off and the villain is dead.

Below I will share the virtues of this momentum model and how to apply it yourself. First, I want to explain to you...
Why "Buy Low, Sell High" Doesn't Really Work
In the perfect world scenario, the prudent value investor uncovers a healthy, growing company that has been neglected by other investors leading to a ridiculously low valuation. They scoop up this stock for peanuts and then patiently wait for the rest of the world to see the error of their ways. After the stock price rockets higher they sell out and seek to "rinse and repeat" with the next value stock.
I admit that sounds great. And it can happen every now and then. But far too often the stock is not neglected. Its price is down for very good reasons, which will keep it down for a long time. Here are two such reasons:
Earnings Outlook on the Decline: Most investors have the false belief that year-over-year earnings growth is what moves stocks. Our in-depth research clearly shows this not to be the case. In fact, stocks with the highest growth rates actually have the lowest annual returns (and amazingly those with the lowest growth rates actually provide the best returns.) The reality is that beating earnings expectations is even more important. Meaning that a boring utility stock that grows at 4% a year versus a 3% estimate will crush the returns of a nano-tech stock whose earnings growth expectations slow from 40% to 30%.
Insiders Know What's Wrong...You Don't: This is especially true on smaller stocks that have little or no analyst research coverage. So when investors analyze the stock they are mostly just reading company press releases and annual reports. To be honest, these are nothing more than marketing pieces filled with spin from the company to get you interested in the stock. Unfortunately insiders and deep pocketed professional investors know what's wrong with the company and why the share price is rightfully in the toilet. (Hint: If a company has a short ratio greater than 8%, then most likely the pros know there is trouble with the company and you should take that as a warning to stay far away.)
Momentum Trading as Easy as 1, 2, 3
OK. So if the age old value investing approach is a bust, then what does work? The answer is a potent combination of the 3 elements below:
1) Earnings Momentum: When companies are experiencing positive earnings momentum, it means that most everything is going right; i.e. they have a great management team, first rate products and services, happy employees and delighted customers. These aspects have a self-reinforcing quality that will keep the company headed in the right direction for an extended period of time. The result being a string of positive earnings reports well above expectations and a booming stock price. The best way to uncover earnings momentum is to find stocks enjoying large upward estimate revisions (or a Zacks Rank of 1 or 2).
2) Technical Momentum: Isaac Newton had it right. "A body in motion tends to stay in motion." So you should seek stocks whose share price has been on the rise. Not just in the last few weeks, but over a longer stretch as well, so you know it's not a fluke. This greatly increases your chances that other investors are aware of the positive aspects of the stock...and likely to stay that way. what life would be if there are no lies among us
John was a salesman's delight when it came to any kind of unusual gimmicks.
His wife Marsha had long ago given up trying to get his son Tommy to change.
One day John came home with another one of his unusual purchases. It was a robot that John claimed was actually a lie detector.
John and Marsha were very worry that their son still not home yet. At about 8:30pm that evening Tommy, their 11 year old son, returned home from school. Tommy was over 2 hours late.
"Where have you been? Why are you over 2 hours late getting home?" asked John.
"Several of us went to the library to work on an extra credit project," said Tommy.
The robot walked around the table and slapped Tommy, knocking him completely out of his chair.
"Son," said John, "this robot is a lie detector, now tell us where you really were after school."
"We went to Bobby's house and watched a movie." said Tommy.
"What did you watch?" asked Marsha.
"The Ten Commandments." answered Tommy.
The robot went around to Tommy and once again slapped him, knocking him off his chair!
With his lip quivering, Tommy got up, sat down and said, "I am sorry I lied. We really watched a tape called Sex Queen."
"I am ashamed of you son," said John.. "When I was your age, I never lied to my parents."

Marsha doubled over in laughter, almost in tears and said, "Boy, did you ever ask for that one! You can't be too mad with Tommy. After all, he is your son!"

When You Start Critising (Hurting People).. Clearly show that you are Losing
Steve Jobs surprised everyone by showing up on Apple’s quarterly earnings call yesterday. And while he said he “couldn’t help dropping by for our first $20 billion quarter,” that’s not exactly why he “dropped by.”
Jobs showed up on the call to swipe at Apple’s competitors, particularly archrival Google and its Android operating system, which competes head-on with Apple’s iPhone. Now, before every CEO in America starts hopping on their earnings calls and bashing their competitors, stop for a second and ask yourself, “Is that a good strategy?”
While I do think Jobs is a great leader, CEO, marketer, and speaker, I do think he makes some big mistakes in terms of what he chooses to say. You might recall that I gave Jobs a big fat ‘F’ in crisis management for the way he handled the iPhone 4 reception issue. Likewise, I think yesterday’s competitor bashing was a mistake.
We’ll get to why in a minute, but first, here are some excerpts from a Wall Street Journal report on the Jobs rant on Apple’s earnings call.
First, he took a swipe at Research In Motion’s Blackberry:
“We’ve now passed RIM and I don’t see them catching up” … it’s going to be “a challenge for them to create a competitive platform and to convince developers to create apps for yet a third software platform.”
Then came about a five-minute rant aimed at archrival Google:
“Well what about Google?” he asked rhetorically.
“Last week Eric [Schmidt, Google’s CEO] reiterated they are activating 200,000 Android devices per day… For comparison Apple has activated around 275,000 devices per day,” said Jobs.
“Even if Google were right and the real issue is closed versus open, it’s worthwhile to remember that open systems don’t always win,” Jobs said, adding that the real issue was “what’s best for the customer, fragmented versus integrated.”
First, I have to say that I agree with Jobs on all counts. RIM is the “odd man out,” the number three smartphone maker in a two-company market, the Sprint to Verizon and AT&T, for example. Not a great competitive position to be in. And not only is it true that “open systems don’t always win,” they rarely do, historically speaking.
That said, here are three reasons why I think Jobs attacking his rivals was a bad strategy:
1. There was essentially no benefit. Yes, he got some points across and we are all writing about them, but if he’s right, and consumers only care about what’s best for them, it’s all immaterial. His competitive posturing will have no effect on product sales.
2. What Jobs clearly broadcasted is that he’s feeling pressure from Google Android and that’s making him nervous. That extraordinary move, to show up on the earnings call essentially to bash Google, shows that he was reacting out of fear. This was a huge strategic error, IMO.
3. Market leaders should always take the high road. If indeed Apple has the best product for consumers, the right strategy would have been to take the high road, to not show up on the earnings call at all and certainly not to show up and criticize competitors.
Bottom line: A market leader shouldn’t publicly attack competitors; it weakens their position. Period. If you’re the leader, let your salespeople fight your competitive battles in hand-to-hand combat in the trenches. Sure, when a CEO is asked a direct question, he should answer. But the sort of wholesale attack we saw from Jobs yesterday was so transparent it clearly broadcasted weakness and fear to the whole world. Not a good strategy

You might recall that I gave Jobs a big fat ‘F’ in crisis management for the way he handled the iPhone 4 reception issue. Likewise, I think yesterday’s competitor bashing was a mistake.
We’ll get to why in a minute, but first, here are some excerpts from a Wall Street Journal report on the Jobs rant on Apple’s earnings call.
First, he took a swipe at Research In Motion’s Blackberry:
“We’ve now passed RIM and I don’t see them catching up” … it’s going to be “a challenge for them to create a competitive platform and to convince developers to create apps for yet a third software platform.”
Then came about a five-minute rant aimed at archrival Google:
“Well what about Google?” he asked rhetorically.
“Last week Eric [Schmidt, Google’s CEO] reiterated they are activating 200,000 Android devices per day… For comparison Apple has activated around 275,000 devices per day,” said Jobs.
“Even if Google were right and the real issue is closed versus open, it’s worthwhile to remember that open systems don’t always win,” Jobs said, adding that the real issue was “what’s best for the customer, fragmented versus integrated.”
First, I have to say that I agree with Jobs on all counts. RIM is the “odd man out,” the number three smartphone maker in a two-company market, the Sprint to Verizon and AT&T, for example. Not a great competitive position to be in. And not only is it true that “open systems don’t always win,” they rarely do, historically speaking.
That said, here are three reasons why I think Jobs attacking his rivals was a bad strategy:
1. There was essentially no benefit. Yes, he got some points across and we are all writing about them, but if he’s right, and consumers only care about what’s best for them, it’s all immaterial. His competitive posturing will have no effect on product sales.
2. What Jobs clearly broadcasted is that he’s feeling pressure from Google Android and that’s making him nervous. That extraordinary move, to show up on the earnings call essentially to bash Google, shows that he was reacting out of fear. This was a huge strategic error, IMO.
3. Market leaders should always take the high road. If indeed Apple has the best product for consumers, the right strategy would have been to take the high road, to not show up on the earnings call at all and certainly not to show up and criticize competitors.
Bottom line: A market leader shouldn’t publicly attack competitors; it weakens their position. Period. If you’re the leader, let your salespeople fight your competitive battles in hand-to-hand combat in the trenches. Sure, when a CEO is asked a direct question, he should answer. But the sort of wholesale attack we saw from Jobs yesterday was so transparent it clearly broadcasted weakness and fear to the whole world. Not a good strategy

Fear is a misunderstood emotion, and one that gets a pretty bad rap these days. We owe our survival as a species to the hard-wired fear that protected and kept us safe from physical threats for hundreds of thousands of years. But what about the litany of fear that plagues traders every day? Fear of losing, of watching profits disappear, making mistakes, missing out, taking profits too soon... the list goes on.
Perhaps the larger question is this: If there is so much fear and almost every trader feels fear, why do millions of people continue to trade? The answer lies in the way that fear is perceived.
For many, fear is a predator that is constantly lurking, sneaking up on them and ready to attack at any moment. In this brain set, they are always running away from fear, crouching in a corner or looking for a safe place to hide. Fear blinds them to opportunity in much the same way that greed blinds them to danger.
Fear is that little darkroom where negatives are developed... Ferdinand Pritchard
For others, fear is the prey. They move steadily and with discipline in direction of the fear--always keeping it in front of them. As they approach the fear, they see it for what it really is. F.E.A.R: False Evidence Appearing Real. They see fear as something to go through in order to get what they desire--better trades and more profits. For them, fear is not a brick wall, but a soft illusion. The more they approach the fear, the smaller it becomes and the stronger and more powerful they become. They have a trading strategy and plan and are not afraid to execute. They use stop losses and let profits run. They are not attached to the outcome of any one trade since they have mastered the ability to think in probabilities.
Lao-Tzu wrote in The Tao Te Ching, "There is no greater illusion than fear. Whoever can see through all fear will be safe."
The remedy is to be a hunter and make fear your prey. Have the courage to look it in the face, see it for what it is and chase it down. Allow fear to propel you forward, to motivate you and challenge you, rather than keeping you frozen and stuck. Facing the wind is a symbol of looking directly at something--of fighting greater odds. Visualize fear as the wind. Face it and then follow through with controlled, decisive and smooth action. In this way, fear becomes an opening, not a closing and you are one step closer to getting what you want from the markets.
To use fear as the friend it is, we must retrain and reprogram ourselves. We must persistently and convincingly tell ourselves that the fear is here--with its gift of energy and heightened awareness--so we can do our best and learn the most in the new situation.. Peter McWilliams

If you’re concerned about having enough income for a comfortable retirement, consider downsizing your home. A smaller home can boost your retirement income.
Let’s consider a basic example where you own a $525,000 home and are considering downsizing to a $300,000 home.
They consume cash in retirement, not produce it. And you can figure on it costing about 3% of the value of your home each year to pay the taxes on it, insure it, repair it and maintain it. On a $525,000 house, you’re looking at about $15,000 a year to carry the house.
Let’s say you decide to downsize to a $300,000 house. Assuming the same 3% cost to maintain it, you’re now looking at $9,000 a year; a savings of $6,000, or $500 a month. But that’s not the end of the story.
Assume that after closing costs, you netted $500,000 on your home. Since you bought the new home for $300,00, you’ve got $200,000 available to invest for your retirement. On that $200,000, you can estimate an annual retirement income distribution of somewhere between 4% and 5%, depending on how the markets do. So that $200,000 will produce somewhere between $8,000 and $10,000 of additional income. If your retirement lasts 25 years, that’s another $350,000 to $400,000 of income. Those are big numbers.
Of course, this isn’t the greatest time to sell a home, but it’s a great time to buy one. So on balance, you may not get premium pricing for your big home, but you won’t have to pay a premium price for the smaller home you buy either.
You can always put the big house on the market and see what happens. Real estate is still all about location, and if you’ve got a nice house in a good neighborhood, you might do better than you expect. If you don’t get a buyer at a reasonable price, then it hasn’t cost you anything.
• If you’re nearing retirement and are concerned about having enough income, this may be a strategy you need to pursue even though the housing market is lousy.
What if you’re not retired yet. Does it still make sense to downsize? Well, downsizing today can not only boost your income in retirement, but it can help you accumulate more money for retirement. If you downsize, then the money you’re saving in annual maintenance costs and the lower mortgage payment can all be directed to your retirement plan. This extra cash will help build a bigger pool of assets to produce more income in retirement. And since your housing expenses will be less when you retire, it’s a double benefit.
Bottom line. Downsizing to a smaller house will boost your retirement income.

Ringkasan bajet 2011 yang saya rasa penting, komen mengenai intipati belanjawan ini akan dibuat dari semasa ke semasa kerana banyak perkara yang perlu dibincangkan dan diteliti dari pelbagai sudut.

“You gotta be kiddin’ me.”
“No, would you like to give it a try?”
Understandably curious, the man says, “Well, OK…”
So he wrapped his arms around the tree and pressed his ear up against it. With this the other guy, slapped a pair of handcuffs on him, took his wallet, jewelry, car keys, then stripped him naked and left.
Two hours later another nature lover strolled by, saw this guy handcuffed to the tree stark, being naked, and asked, “What the hell happened to you?”
He told the guy the whole terrible story about how he got there.
When he finished telling his story, the other guy shook his head in sympathy, walked around behind him, kissed him gently behind the ear and said, “Cupcake, this just ain’t gonna be your day…”

ZBot (also known as Zeus, ZeusBot or WSNPoem) is a popular trojan engineered to steal sensitive data from compromised computers. Zeus was reported to be attacking the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode verification systems introduced in recent years by spoofing Visa and MasterCard enrollment screen. The latest variants can also gather the history of the visited Web sites and other data, which users provide online, while also capturing screenshots of the their desktop.
How ZBot works?
Zbot is known to be distributed mainly via the spam email campaigns and web pages which hosts the trojan. The latest campaign was morphing the LinkedIn login page. Once installed, ZBot modifies the files and folders’ structure, adds registry keys, injects code into several processes like winlogon.exe or svchost.exe, and adds exceptions to the Microsoft Firewall providing backdoor and server capabilities. It also sends sensitive information and listens on several ports for possible commands from the remote attackers’ command-and-control center.
Unfortunately many of the antivirus tools (free as well as paid ones) fail to catch the Zbot trojan all the time. This may be due to the ever-growing list of variants of the trojan.
BitDefender has released the latest version of ZBot Removal Tool which is available for free to anyone who wants to download it. Currently, the basket represented by the index is weighted as follows: Euro (57.6%), Japanese Yen (13.6%), British Pound (11.9%), Canadian Dollar (9.1%), Swiss Franc (3.6%), and Swedish Krona (3.6%).

China’s premier, Wen Jiabao, announced recently that the Chinese government will support the Euro system’s stability by not selling any of the Euros that the Chinese government owns. China announced this action to improve their political and public relations’ status in Europe, which happens to be their biggest non-Asian export market.
VERY IMPORTANT FED PRONOUNCEMENT—WHICH WE INTERPRET AS MEANING QUANTITATIVE EASING AND INFLATION AHEAD
Several Federal Reserve voting members have aired their views in speeches in the last few days, but no statement was as important as the remarks made a few days ago by William Dudley, the President of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Mr. Dudley clearly stated that he was in favor of more quantitative easing and that he also suggested raising Federal Reserve’s stated inflation goal. He stated that one option would be to copy the UK and set an explicit inflation target, and he expressed that being more explicit about the inflation goal would “clarify the extent to which the current level of inflation falls short of that rate.” Our guess is that the Federal Reserve Bank of New York would initially raise the goal to 2 percent from a current level of 1 percent.
What is interesting to note is that this is actually a reversal of the last 30 years of Fed policy where the Fed has worried about excess inflation and has sought to hold it down. Now, Mr. Dudley is proposing that we try to raise the inflation level to avoid a deflation, which is exactly what we have been stating that the Fed would do as deflation became a concern. In essence, he is suggesting that the Federal Reserve engineer a change from a very small inflation to a larger rate of inflation. If this became the policy (and we believe that it will become the policy very soon), it will have great consequences for investors and their appropriate investment selection. It will favor the countries, stocks, currencies, and commodities that we have mentioned in this letter.
SUMMARY
The new Chinese 5-year plan is promoting more consumer spending and a focus on development in smaller inland regions. China is working on increasing itself in the areas of lower-income housing, consumer spending, and continued the build-out of massive travel, communications, and physical infrastructure.
China is on record as supporting the Euro by not selling any of the Euros that they hold. China announced this action to improve their political status in Europe, which is their biggest export destination outside of Asia.
Inflation, which has heated up in countries like Brazil, India, Indonesia, and many others will make its way to the U.S. and Europe.
Attractive areas for investment include:
• Chinese consumer stocks and currencies.

We still think the Japanese yen is a short. Today’s announcement of further quantitative easing (QE) in Japan is bearish for the yen. Japan’s announcement is a complete turn-about for them. They have announced a 60 billion dollar fund allowing them to purchase a list of riskier assets, including ETF’s, Japanese REITS, commercial paper, corporate paper, and government securities. This is a clear attempt to stimulate the economy away from the stagnation it has been experiencing, and to lower the value of the yen. Japanese interest rates are at zero percent.
Japan’s QE when combined with the QE going on elsewhere provides a strong impetus for price increases in commodities, gold and stocks.
